The Administrative Coordinator is a vital, trusted member of our team who supports our production team and two leaders. We are looking for a proactive patient team player to help us grow as we support you in your personal and professional development. Responsibilities include:

QuickBooks data entry and accounting documentation with support from an outside accountant

Production support and documentation

Coordinate multiple construction project schedules and product deliveries

Oversee daily office operations

Implement new business procedures when needed

Qualifications:

Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive

Excellent Phone Etiquette

Construction services experience helpful

Bookkeeping skills with QuickBooks desktop experience preferred

Associate’s Degree in Business Admin or Accounting preferred, but not required.

Pay commensurate with experience. Six paid holidays after ninety days, one week of paid vacation after one year—currently no health, dental, vision, or 401k.
