SURV-KAP has an opportunity for a seasoned Machine Operator who has an aptitude and willingness to learn CNC operation and programming.
You should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on production machine operating experience along with good shop discipline. Hands-on experience operating forging and/or stamping presses, horizontal lathes, mills, saws and drill presses is preferred (i.e., you are not intimidated by large machines that make loud noises). Proficiency in shop math and ability to read and interpret uncomplicated drawings and diagrams, along with good shop discipline and safety habits, is required.
To begin, your primary role will be operation of our forming and stamping related equipment. If you have an aptitude for programming and a burning desire to grow and learn more, we will train you in CNC operation and CNC programming. If you understand that our customers pay our paychecks, and you bring your “A” game to work every day, we would like to discuss this exciting opportunity with you.
