WORSHIP LEADER JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Coordinate with the Senior Pastor to create and help lead Sunday morning worship services.
2. Recruiting and developing a worship team.
3. Preparation for and leading rehearsals one evening each week and on Sunday mornings
before Sunday school.
4. Choosing worship songs and distributing the music early in the week to each member of the
Praise Team.
5. Coordinating the words to songs and music with the media and sound team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. To have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and live a God honoring lifestyle.
2. Maintain a level of professionalism in communication and musical abilities
3. A musician with strong vocal and instrumental ability who can effectively lead the congregation
and fellow musicians to worship God
4. Having previous worship leading experience is preferred
Compensation depending on experience.
