We are looking to grow our team with a paralegal/document preparer. Your responsibility will be to take transferred calls from new VIP clients and contact new clients with scheduled appointments to collect information necessary to form an entity for their business or initiate the estate planning process. You will then follow up with them for needed information, compile documents for client review and approval and then make sure they receive the final documents and set up a future reminder for annual review included in their plan.
