Position available: On-site coordinator for small (24 spaces) seasonal RV park in Lakeside AZ. Age-restricted (55+) Park, no over-nighters or short-term rentals.
Compensation: free RV space rent.
Duties include:
1. check-in and checkout of seasonal tenants;
2. handle day-to-day operation of Park;
3. assist tenants as needed with Park-related matters;
4. monitor conformance with Park rules and regulations;
5. prepare/deliver monthly utility bills to tenants, file monthly Park occupancy reports, collect tenant payments, maintain Park ledger;
6. assist owner with handyman/maintenance/cleanup responsibilities;
7. clean Clubhouse including rest rooms twice weekly and tidy up clubhouse and Park property as needed;
8. assist owner with occasional space rental inquiries.
Job requirements: (i) Cell phone with good reception at Park. (ii) Personal computer with word processing app compatible with “Word” app, basic computer skills. (iii) Good communication skills, pleasant demeanor and appropriate clothing. (iv) Must reside at Park and be available to perform duties from April 1-October 30 each year (days off and some multi-day absences acceptable with prior coordination with Owner).
