This position would be joining a growing Architectural & Construction company. Looking to grow the business by adding a BIM tech to the team.
Hybrid work environment acceptable upon acclimating to project types and workload (3 days in office, 2 days remote work). 4 to 5 months project backlog, looking to hire immediately.
To start, this is a contract position. The position could be made into a full-time position with continued growth and showing you're the right person for the job.
Project types include:
Tenant Improvements
Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing
Multi-family
Core / Required Software Skillset:
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
Revit (2019 and newer)
AutoCad (2019 & Newer)
Bluebeam Studio
Additionally Desired Software Skillset:
Lumion
Sketchup
Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator)
