We are looking for CHILD-CENTERED people who LOVE working with Children (Kindergarten age -5 -10-year-old).
We are looking for people who want to spend TIME with children. People who understand that their number one job is to create a really cool place for CHILDREN. So, if you are looking for an easy job, or a job that in any way resembles sitting around and or babysitting.
Keep searching, this isn't the job for you.
However, if you are passionate about children and love spending time with them THIS is the job for you! If you love creating a fun learning environment or you might want to become a teacher, we can help you meet those goals.
We have in-house professional development training, at no charge, so you'll receive lots of FREE training.

You'll need to enjoy working with children, have the patience for small children, and have a FUN energetic personality. You'll be required to Create a fun learning environment. You'll be subjected to tantrums, trials, and tears, as they are small citizens of the world and still learning. You'll still need to love them and treat them with respect. :)
We like to have fun and work as a TEAM. We are a small school and want to add people to our TEAM that is fun and flexible TEAM players! We don't like drama. If you like drama, this isn't the place for you!
We need you to have integrity, honesty, and to be prepared to work hard at a very rewarding job. (Maybe even a career if you love it, we have lots of FREE staff development!)
Here are some other things you'll do as well:
Assist the teacher with small group learning and classroom management.
Teaching small groups kindergarten curriculum.
Lunch/Playground Duty
Teach Hands On Activities for Kindergarteners.
Assist staff with both long and short-range activities in accordance with curriculum objectives, developmentally appropriate practice, and program philosophy
Maintain daily open communication with parents
Maintain confidentiality
Arrange a classroom environment in accordance to program goals and philosophy
Maintain a safe and healthy environment
Interact with students in a positive way
Work in the After School Program
Keep all appropriate records such as records and attendance.
Meet all applicable state regulations including cleanliness, procedures, child supervision
