- Assist customers in selecting items for purchase
- Provide information about products, prices, and policies
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Uphold security measures to protect store inventory
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in wireless sales, electronics sales, or retail sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and inventory control
- Ability to upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of jewelry sales and appraisal techniques is preferred
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
