Seasonal Camp Counselor

As a Seasonal Camp Counselor, you are the heart of the camper experience. You’ll welcome campers with energy and positivity, guide them through daily activities, and ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment. This role is essential to creating lasting memories and setting the tone for a fun and impactful camp season.Important Dates:October 13th-17thDecember 15th-19thMarch 10th-14thMarch 17th-21stMay 25th-August 1stSupport a welcoming atmosphere for all campers ages 7-12.Build positive relationships through effective communication and active participation in camp activities.Plan, organize, and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, sports, and team-building exercises.Ensure the safety and enjoyment of campers during all activities.Work collaboratively with fellow counselors and camp leadership to coordinate and execute daily activities.Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights.Implement and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure camp environment.Monitor campers for signs of discomfort, illness, or emotional distress, and take appropriate action as needed.Pro-active communication with Resort Experience Leaders
