Job DescriptionAn employer is seeking a Direct Hire SDET to join their Commerce Team in Cincinnati, Portland, or Scottsdale. This software development engineer in test(SDET) with help expand our testing and automation systems. We are a high performing team, with highly skilled Software and QA Engineers but are currently about 90% manual. Our automation solutions are limited, and we are bringing on two SDETs to build our momentum. Some rough targets would be to get to 25% automation by the end of Q1, and to 75% automation by the end of the year. While automation is a top priority for our team, all team members participate in writing test plans and performing manual tests. The right candidate must becomfortable with balancing building a greenfield automation platform, working with software developers on testing strategies, and manual regression testing on an evening release.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
