As an Overnight In Room Dining Order Taker you will provide a warm service, efficiency and knowledge of our menu offerings, you will ensure the timeliness and enjoyment of every memorable meal.Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful wayMaintain proper telephone etiquette at all timesHave full knowledge of beverage listsRecord guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requestsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsHave full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methodsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageServe as an In Room Dining Server as neededOther duties as assigned
