You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging serviceProvide on-the-spot coaching and counseling as needed to ensure all standards of cleanliness are being upheld  Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guestsEnsure colleagues are informed daily about priorities to personalize serviceActively participate in daily briefing, daily warm up and department meetingsReport necessary maintenance itemsServe as back up and support to Room Attendants, Housepersons and other Housekeeping roles when neededTraining of new housekeeping employeesPerform inspections of cleaned and vacant rooms to ensure high quality standards are met.
