Help Desk Analyst II

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst II in Scottsdale, Arizona, within the real estate development industry. This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing system configurations.Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive technical support to our users, addressing both hardware and software issues. Utilize Android Development expertise to improve and maintain our mobile applications. Work with Cisco Technologies to manage and improve our network infrastructure. Use Citrix Technologies to ensure a secure and efficient virtual desktop infrastructure. Support and troubleshoot issues related to Mac Computers and Apple Devices. Leverage Microsoft and Active Directory knowledge to manage user accounts and access. Handle Computer Hardware issues, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions. Perform Configuration Management tasks, ensuring all systems are running with optimal settings. Manage and oversee software and hardware Deployments across the organization.
