The beautiful and ultra luxury Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a strong ideator and self-starter to join our Marketing team as a Digital Content Marketing Manager to lead the future of luxury hospitality.As Digital Content Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with creating and delivering a range of creative digital work. Marketing Planning, Strategy & ReportingConceptualize and manage execution of content and social strategy across all touchpoints and platforms, owning key organic social programs end-to-end, including strategy, content development, creative execution, publishing, testing, and reportingDevelop strategic plans and content calendars to leverage organic social channels (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn) by partnering with stakeholders and teams across the companyDevelop a deep understanding of Fairmont Scottsdale’s guests, their challenges and opportunities, and develop clever ideas for highly engaging content within the brand tone and voiceDrive forward high-quality social media initiatives in a fast-paced environmentDeliver monthly analytics reports to Marketing Director and present monthly to internal stakeholdersContent CreationAbility to weave together luxury brand storytelling through creative conceptsAbility to shoot photos and videos with an understanding of artistic and professional best practices and can edit photos/videos into social media reels, stories, etc.Provide strategic, high-quality video and photography of on-property moments for materials used in social media, marketing collateral and editorial content that communicate the spirit of the resortCreate magnetic feeds with content that educates, entertains, and deeply resonates with our diverse audience, to grow our following across channels and keep them coming backRegularly engage with our audience through thoughtful, impactful, relationship-driven community managementIdentify and arrange strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations that align to the hotel’s positioning
