Job Description: Business Analyst with Scrum Master Scottsdale, Phoneix, Arizona (onsite) Key Skills: Business Analyst, Scrum, JIRA, Agile Preferred Qualifications:

- Business Analyst Primary Functions:
- Overall 12+ yr or exp with technical background in Java based applications
- Producing requirement and functional design documents using an agile gap-analysis and directed requirements approach to lead the customer needs definition
- Create and review the functional requirements and gap documents by means of process flows and diagrams
- Work closely with Product Owner & Business Stakeholders to identify the prioritized backlog items and expand the required user stories in an incremental deliverable
- Manage end to end business requirement sessions including running the workshops
- Maintaining user story backlogs / prioritized inputs queue
- Map User stories to deliver scope and business value of a given features as defined by product owner
- Conduct details analysis of user stories
- Work closely with engineering team to explain and elaborate stories, and ensure the acceptance criteria are clearly and unambiguously stated
- Support team through the development, providing domain expertise as required
- Active participation in all scrum ceremonies
- Agreeing and gaining sign off business requirements with client or product owners
- Conducting demos for each delivered client implementation
- Review end to end test strategy and cases for customer scenarios.
- Has had end to end ownership for business deliverables on a project
- Coordinate inter-dependencies are resolve issues
- Should have Payment banking domain experienceDemonstrate the ability to manage the stakeholders (IT/Product/Business/Engineering) and communicate as neededDemonstrate expertise of interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAble to review SIT/ UAT test cases and ensure all positive & negative technical/ businessscenarios are coveredComprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Jira, ConfluenceMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
