Apply Today!    Where You Will Work   Located in southeastern Arizona, close to more than 4 million acres of national forest, employees and their families can connect with the great outdoors while fishing, rafting, hiking and more. Several educational institutions also are nearby, including a Northern Arizona University satellite campus, Eastern Arizona College, and the Gila Institute for Technology.  DescriptionUnder limited supervision, plans, organizes, manages and evaluates site maintenance operations and provides technical expertise, guidance and leadership for engineering project planning and execution.

Establish tactical and strategic goals, objectives, policies and procedures for maintenance and electrical operations sitewide.

Reviews and analyzes project requirements to establish tasks, resources required and project timelines.

Directs supervisors and other staff in daily activities. Inspects daily operations and projects in progress and upon completion to assure quality of work. Provides administrative and technical direction to staff.

Assembles and supervises project staff for engineering and construction activities.

Compiles and reports to management regarding project status.

Contributes to site strategic planning and budgeting efforts for project management and maintenance activities.

Coordinates the activities of consultants and contractors.

May represent the site on company sponsored steering teams and special project assignments.

Perform other duties as required.

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years related operational experience, including supervisory or management experience as well as prior project management experience, OR

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years related operational experience, including supervisory or management experience as well as prior project management experience

What We Offer You The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently  $98,000-$137,000.  This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. What We Require
