ResponsibilitiesThe Manager, Revenue Cycle oversees the processes and systems related to the revenue cycle to maximize charge capture and reimbursements of assigned regional/business entity practices. This includes providing operational oversight for the patient revenue cycle and registration functions for the assigned region/business entity. Ensures high quality service experiences are provided in the areas of patient revenue cycle.QualificationsMinimum
5 years of experience working with physician practice revenue cycles in physician practice management; prior leadership or supervisory experience.
Bachelor's Degree required or combination of work experience and education.
Demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for creating operational efficiencies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as effective human relations skills for building and maintaining a working relationship with all levels of staff, physicians, and other contacts.
Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of financial processes and reporting.
Preferred
10+ years of revenue cycle management experience. Supervisory experience.
HFMA CRCR and/or CSPPM
