Galpin RV in Dewey is seeking a parts and accessories specialist. Experience with RV parts is preferred, however, we' train the right candidate.
This position is focused on pulling parts and accessories, handling all incoming shipments. processing customer orders, stocking orders, looking up information and working with our service department. The individual must be motivated and able to thrive in a fast paced friendly environment. Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Outlook, phone, and interpersonal skills is a must to effectively communicate with customers and team members, about their questions, concerns, and orders.
Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED (required)
-Exceptional time management skills
-Excellent customer service skills
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Able to stand for long periods of time
-Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
-Willingness to change with an ever-changing industry
-Able to work some Saturdays
-Valid Drivers license and clean driving record
-Ability to pass a criminal background check
Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming customer inquiries
-Receive product deliveries and inspect for accuracy
-Assist technicians with parts needs
-Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
-Record customer information within our customer service database
-Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
-Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
-Other duties as requested
Hourly wage starts at $17.00/hr with the potential of earning $25.00/hr, depending on experience.
