As we continue to grow, we are seeking a diligent and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Construction Site Supervisor at our new subdivision in Prescott Valley to oversee construction projects and address job site issues on a periodic basis. This role requires strong leadership abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage teams and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Address any on-site issues promptly and efficiently to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Supervise and manage construction crews to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Enforce safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among all personnel on site.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Assist in resolving conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid AZ driver's license and reliable transportation.
