Job description
State Farm agent seeks a licensed property & casualty team member for insurance sales and service. Five days a week - license preferred.
Responsibilities include
Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones
Breed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
Schedule appointments, identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Product knowledge; eagerness to train in life/health, property & casualty
Completing tasks in a timely manner with a keen attention to accuracy
Requirements
Insurance Sales experience highly recommended
Honest and ethical
Self-motivated
Enthusiastic about meeting new people, and especially helping people realize their dreams
Listening skills - to discover customer needs and properly identify the best product to meet their needs
