Mobility Customer Service / Medical
Comfort Mobility & Medical Supplies is currently hiring a Customer Service person to join our growing retail Mobility and Medical Supplies Company.
Experience in the mobility field is not necessary as we will train the right person.
Interested candidates should possess the following attributes:
Good communication skills and decent appearance
Basic Computer skills
Light Mechanical skills is a plus!
Able to lift 40+ lbs. (occasionally)
Self-starter and able to work independently
Primary responsibilities:
Answering phones and directing customer inquiries to the proper personnel
Assist customers in the store in finding products and ringing up retail sales
keep track of inventory – receiving product, entering into computer and putting stock on display.
Assist techs with writing up estimates for the VA Medical Center
Assist in writing up customer estimates and invoices and rentals.
Assist with scheduling technician service calls.
Keeping showroom organized and clean.
We offer a full-time work schedule Mon-Fri 9-5, and one Saturday per month from 10-2.
