Property Manager needed for very busy Property Management Company. All prospective employees must have a current, valid Arizona Real Estate License. Duties include but not limited to the following: showing prospective tenants listings, qualifying prospective tenants, writing leases, handling all maintenance calls, dealing with all owner and tenant issues. Prospective employee will need to be a team player, computer literacy, honest, reliable and trustworthy. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and available every 3rd Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m Mileage reimbursement, paid holidays and sick time, hourly wage will be assessed on experience.
