Rent Right Management Solutions is located in Prescott Arizona, with properties throughout the Quad

Cities area (Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley and Dewey).

JOB DESCRIPTION

Rent Right Management is excited to be seeking a Transaction Coordinator who works well under

pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. This critical office role requires the candidate to be

extremely organized, paperwork centric, hardworking, have the ability to multi-task and always

remember that Rent Right is a service organization. They must remain pleasant, prompt and helpful at

all times.

Our Transaction Coordinator is an office-based position. It may occasionally require trips into the field.

This role will communicate via the phone, text and email with our Owners and Vendors. They will assist

with and track the onboarding of new Owners, Move out work flow of Residents and close out of

management files. They will become proficient with our software. They will also interface with the

Arizona Department of Revenue, prepare management documents, talk with insurance providers, apply

for and verify landlord agreements with utility providers and communicate with HOA’s.

This position also includes attending required meetings and preparing weekly reports. Remaining

current on Arizona property management laws and licensing. Fostering and maintaining a positive

relationship with Applicants, Vendors, Owners, Residents and Co-workers alike.

Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities

Include:

 Prepare new management documents

 Utilize and track paperwork via checklists

 Complete TPT submissions to ADOR

 Setup and verify landlord agreements with

utility providers

 Contact HOA’s for CC&R’s and Resident

documents.

 Submit forms to various jurisdictions

 Communicate with insurance companies

 Talk with Home and Builder warranty

companies

 Create Folders

 Manage Keys

 Write letters
