Existing Subdivision needs an experienced construction supervisor to oversee the installation of Culverts, excavation of drainage channels, pre-construction of Roads, Construction of Road Base & eventual pavement. Oversee workers and sub-contractors. Monitor progress on hourly basis and suggest modifications. Need to have knowledge and able to construction equipment such as large excavators, back-hoe, dump trucks, Gannon, etc. in the event Operators do not show up. Opportunity for 9 hour days 6 days a week.
