Post and manage 15 or more MLS Listings for Development Company selling lots in both Phoenix MLS and Prescott MLS. Need to Add Listings with all the documents and pictures. Must update and check listing status and add additional photos, files and information as required. Also, fill out Purchase Contracts, HOA Addendums, SPDS, etc., for review and completion by Broker. Can work remotely most of the time but need to meet weekly in person. Need to create Transaction Files and include all relevant documents, send information to Escrow Agents and cooperating Agents. Can grow into more organization tasks. The compensation is based on productivity and accuracy. Additional Advertising tasks can be included. Website is https://www.venturaranch.net.
