Main job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Validate and submit payroll hours
Processing and being the point of contact for new hire paperwork and employee benefit administration
Entering bills and processing AP and AR invoices
Update and manage inventory tracking sheets
Data entry and special project support
Compensation $20/hr depending on experience. Opportunity to participate in employer medical benefits program and other incentive programs after first 90 days of employment.
Remote work opportunity, once trained.
Requirements:
Payroll experience (2 years) (familiarity with Paychex, a plus)
Type at least 60 wpm and be familiar with a 10-key
Quickbooks experience required
Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures including accounts payable and accounts receivable and chart of accounts
Experience with data entry, record keeping and computer operation
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets, with emphasis on excellent Excell skills
Attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills
