Office & Reservation Admin RV Park

Seeking an individual to work full-time hours (30-40) working in one of our two RV Park offices in Cottonwood, AZ. General duties of the staff include making reservations utilizing Campground Master and following outlined office protocols, checking customers in upon arrival, carrying of after-hour phone on workdays to service potential customers and/or deal with issues within the parks. We are seeking an individual who is outgoing and customer friendly as well as being a team player. The position will be responsible for completing A/R and A/P reports, address Park Rules and handle any conflicts in the park. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service and good conflict resolution skills. The position requires the person to be able live on site in their own RV (free RV site and free utilities included in the benefits package) Hourly rate ranging from $18-$19 and hour based on skills set.
