Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with experience in insurance coordination, property management, accounts payable, and contract administration. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support in property management, including responding to inquiries, coordinating vendors and maintaining accurate records

Administer insurance documentation and compliance tracking

Review and manage contracts, renewals, and related correspondence

Process and manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments

Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed

Coordinate communication between departments, tenants, and vendors

Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and office supply management

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar administrative role

Strong background in client and property management

Familiarity with insurance requirements and contract administration

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience in accounts payable

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Professional demeanor and a proactive, can-do attitude
