Position available for automated electronic assembly. This department includes SMD automated stenciling, pick-and-place, reflow and Selective Soldering on CNC selective wave-soldering equipment. SMD operator loads pc boards in a stock loader, loads stencil in automated stencil/inspection unit, loads parts as required during pick-and-place, and performs automated vision inspection on finished boards. Selective Soldering operator loads connectors in boards, fixes boards in soldering pallets, loads soldering programs and touches up completed boards as required.
Electronic assembly/soldering and CNC experience is a qualification for the position. Specific training on the equipment is provided during the introductory period.
