Job Opportunities & Overview:
Follow instructions, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Mobile equipment is helpful.
Strong teamwork and communications skills.
Must be able to do basic maintenance on equipment. Grease, fuel, clean, etc.
Follow environmental, health, and safety procedures and report nonstandard acts and conditions.
Identify and communicate concerns, problems, and /or challenges to management in a constructive and solution-oriented approach.
Conduct routine mobile equipment inspections and assure normal operation of the equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Prior experience in cement or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must possess strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Good critical thinking skills with the ability to observe and assess situations and anticipate issues before they occur.
Must understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
