Lead our Human Resources team at The Grand Hotel! Are you enthusiastic about caring for guests' comfort while creating memories that last a lifetime? The Grand Hotel is a 3-diamond hotel with 121 standard and deluxe guest rooms and is located only one mile from the south entrance of the Grand Canyon. You will play an essential role in providing warm and friendly hospitality to all our guests.
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will manage the day-to-day operation of HR processes and functions at The Grand Hotel and Tusayan Trading Post. Responsible for ensuring compliance and objective decision-making in the following areas; employee relations, recruitment, and hiring, employee housing, record-keeping, data entry, implementation of policies and procedures, training, etc.

Employment Type: Year-Round, Full-Time
Location: The Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon in Tusayan, Arizona
Schedule: Varies 40hrs/week.
