Duties/Responsibilities:
● Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
● Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
● Basic math skills and experience with cash management and POS systems
● Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong task and time management abilities.
● Eye for detail and knowledge of menu items, including beers, wines, cocktails, and
liquors.
● Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment with others to produce a quality experience for every customer.
● Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods,
● Provide excellent customer service.
● Greet customers and present menus.
● Take and serve food/drinks orders.
● Up-sell when appropriate.
● Arrange table settings.
● Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
● Deliver checks and collect payments.
Education and Experience:
● High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or
● 1-3 years of experience in the field is preferred.
● Have or be willing and able to obtain a food handler’s card and alcohol certificate.
