We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant/Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the service industry, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Work with Manager in daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among employees.
Support in optimizing revenue and minimizing costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service and maintain quality.
Contribute to the development and implementation of promotional activities and events.
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant or bar management preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make effective decisions, especially in stressful situations.
Understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software preferred.
Certification in food safety and alcohol service a plus.
