A Prescott favorite, Nana's Cafe is a family owned full service breakfast and lunch restaurant.
We are expanding our hours and are in need of full, part time and weekend line cooks.
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY We will train the right person to have fun cooking great food!
The Cook position involves some of the following duties, but is not limited to
additional tasks as needed:
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Comply with all food safety requirements such as temperature checks, product dating, labeling and rotating
Properly learn and execute all our recipe procedures
Prepare, cook, plate, and finish all food items according to our procedures and standards.
Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations
Communicate ticket times to Team Members
Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen, and dining room personnel.
Willingness to learn, take direction and help as needed
