The incumbent communicates clearly and professionally to achieve desired goals and takes on additional projects and duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimumHigh School Diploma/GED
Two years PBX operator, customer service, or hospital related experience
Strong Computer skills and very good typing skills are required
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills are required
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize during high stress situations (code scenarios). Comfortable and clear speaking voice
Experienced with MS Office applications including MS Outlook
PreferredPrefer some college level education
Preferred proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Three years customer service experience, preferably in a hospital PBX or high volume call center environment is desired
Experience in the hospital setting is preferred
English/Spanish bilingual desired
