Seeking Paraprofessionals (Aides) to support two talented teenagers with special needs, including Autism, in our home- and community-based academic program.
Paraprofessionals provide one-on-one educational, behavioral and social support to students across environments, including home, educational settings, college classrooms and community-based learning opportunities.
Paraprofessionals must be reliable, calm, patient and teachable.
Prior experience working with children or adults with special needs a plus, but not required.
College students are encouraged to apply, as we can schedule part-time work hours around a college schedule.
To qualify as a Paraprofessional (Aide) applicants must have one of the following:
an Associates Degree or higher; or
60 college credit hours (accredited college); provide transcripts; or
ParaPro Certificate
Must also possess or have the ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
