We are a small drama-free massage studio. We have amazing clients who are friendly and very happy to be getting a massage. Spirit and Body Massage takes pride in our 5-star service. We value our team - providing a fun, professional and relaxed environment to work in. We are looking for a responsible and polite individual to join our team. 4 Day Work Schedule: 9am-2pm on the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Tasks of the office assistant include front desk reception, customer service, administrative support, and sales support.

Skill Sets and Qualifications:

Strong customer service.

This includes anticipating customer needs, having a calm/pleasant demeanor - both on the phone and in person.

Strong Communication skills.

Knowing our booking software, anticipating its prompts and smoothly guiding the customer through scheduling/rescheduling/and cancelling appointments while following provided protocol.

Proper Organization.

Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, prioritize tasks, and keep focused on what's most important - creating an inviting environment promoting relaxation and ease for our clients.

Roles & Responsibilities Include:

Reception/Customer Service:

Greet customers upon arrival. Answer questions about services, facilities, and promotions. Check out customers and collect payments. Sell packages and gift certificates to clients upon request.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule, reschedule or cancel massage appointments via phone or in person. Call clients for appointment confirmations.

Administrative Tasks:

Enter new customer information or update customer information within booking software including uploading scanned client forms.

Facility Organization & Cleanliness:

Perform basic tidying up of the facility and bathrooms. Report any facility issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.

Extra Tasks:

Folding of sheets and towels. Restocking of Gift Bag Display when needed. Participate in events that occur outside of the office (1-2 events per year)
