Jersey Lilly Saloon is in need of an Office Assistant:
Looking for someone reliable, honest and enjoys working in a laid back environment.
Position will work with the owner, bar manager and vendors, there is very little consumer interaction.
Pay starts at $16.25 per hour
Up to 24 hours a year in paid sick time
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
-Hours are 32 - 40 hours a week
-Office Hours not Bar Hours 8:00am to 5:00pm or anywhere in between 7:00am and 6:00pm
-You can choose either a Monday - Friday Schedule
or
Off Tuesday and work Monday, Wednesday - Friday
-Either schedule you can work up to 40 hours a week
All weekends off and holidays can be off, its your choice
-Vacations and family time are encouraged
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
-Protect the Businesses Liability
-Inventory Management
-Errands to Several Stores
-Reconciling Banks
-Working with Sales Reps & Delivery Drivers
-VIP Program Management
-Computer Skills Required
No experience necessary.
