- Presenting concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, role and accountability diagrams and business-focused story boards.
- Creating/reviewing procedures and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience.
- Conduct customer research and articulate customer problems.
- Participate in the software testing process, including test case writing
- Work closely with Product Managers, Development to craft user stories, lay out UX/UI, and wireframes
- Attend all agile meetings every sprint, including daily scrums, sprint planning, and product backlog grooming
- Document all stories with both functional and non-functional acceptance criteria. Ensure all stories are closed out end of every sprint before the sprint review/demo
- Evaluates Product enhancements by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications/features/user stories
- Ability to evaluate system designs and architecture; provide input into the overall design based on customer interaction models
- Create and maintain standard product deliverables for multiple projects such as: user stories, process flows, wireframes, mockups, timelines, project plan, etc.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organization, time management, self-initiative, sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong reporting and data analysis background or experience
- Must work well in a team environment and be able to give and receive constructive feedback.
- BS or BA in technology and/or business related field preferred
- 2-3 years’ experience with UX/UI design
- 3-4 years’ experience with various Data Modeling Techniques including data mapping, and wireframes
- 3-4 years’ experience working with SQL, SRS, Visual Studio, TFS, and Jira
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Engineer, or Product Manager
