Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers to understand their automotive needs.
Schedule service appointments and effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle’s status.
Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services in an easy-to-understand manner.
Ensure timely updates and follow-up with customers to maintain excellent service standards.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure all services are completed efficiently.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by building lasting relationships and addressing concerns professionally.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
Ability to explain technical information in a non-technical way.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with service management software is a plus.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
