We are a Regional OTR trucking company with approximately 35 drivers. We need a night dispatcher that can work independently. You must be detail oriented and know computers. The right person will have Trucking experience along with clerical skills. This person will need to have knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel worksheets. It would be a benefit if they also know our TMS software which is Prophecy, however we will train the right person. This person will need to know FMCSA Hours of Service regulations and how they affect driving time. He/She will be responsible for tracking drivers and making sure they are on time for pickups and deliveries. They will also be responsible for handling any break down issues a driver may have. This would mean finding and contacting roadside repairs shops.
Medical benefits and 401K available after 60 days. The shift available is as follows:
Wednesday thru Friday: 5:00 pm to 5:00 am and every other Sunday 05:00pm to 5:00 am
