Skilled siding/nichiha (fiber cement siding) installers

Looking for skilled siding installers to start IMMEDIATELY. Specifically with fiber cement experience as we are installing nichiha siding. The project we are currently on is located in Glendale AZ. The buildings are 5 stories tall, & we use boom lifts to install. This is not a job for anyone afraid of heights. We are working M-Sat 5am-5pm. This job is to be completed by the end of April/Mid May. Pay is based on the amount of sq you properly install. Typical pay is between $400-$700 per day. But again is based solely on what is correctly installed on the wall & nothing more. Nichiha is a very expensive product & site inspections are conducted everyday so only highly skilled, detailed oriented installers will be considered. Full PPE, steel/composite boots, safety vest, hard hat, protective eye wear, lanyard & harness when in lift (we provide harness/lanyard) are all required at all times. No drug/alcohol use of any kind (being hung over counts as being intoxicated) smoking only allowed off site. Must be a legal US citizen, of course temp work visas are acceptable as well. Pay is monthly however I can pay 2 weeks in to get you started, then monthly after that if you continue on to another project with us in the future. There are other large nichiha projects that we have set for the near future if you are willing to travel. We cover travel and lodging. So if you are not in the Glendale area lodging will be provided.
