3 years of experience in maintenance and repairs with apartments, single-family homes, or in a construction environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with members, technicians, and management.
Professional presentation and demeanor.
Basic plumbing abilities such as replacing repair of leaks in drains and faucets and replacing drain hoses on washers.
Basic painting and carpentry work such as patching holes, painting, replacing cabinet and door handles.
Basic electrical skills such as replacing switches, outlets, fixtures and cords.
Proficiency with technology —the ability to use a smartphone and laptop, utilizing different software for daily operations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to maintenance work.
Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods safely and without risk of injury.
Valid Driver's License (Required)
Must have utmost integrity, great with clients and communication, and dedication to collecting good reviews.
