A prominent multinational company with over 43 years of experience is currently hiring for an exceptional and experienced maintenance supervisor for one of our apartment communities in Scottsdale, AZ

Summary of Position:

Maintenance Supervisors plays an essential role for our properties. The Maintenance Supervisor position works directly under the property manager and is responsible for the physical appearance and maintenance of the property. This position helps ensure the property operates in accordance with company standards and procedures, which include but are not limited to:

Must communicates effectively and on a regular basis with Supervisor to update him/her on community and must always be courteous and helpful to residents, prospective residents, and co-workers.

Implements and supervises a preventive maintenance program.

Completes all service requests in an expeditious manner.

Operates with the budgeted expense account and receives authorization from on-site manager for all purchases.

Keeps maintenance shop neat and clean to include inventory control

Delegates service requests and ensures completion within 24 hours.

Takes responsibility for inventory control, keeps a detailed inventory list, and orders supplies and parts every week.

Performs preventive maintenance on exterior touch up paint, stucco, wood repair, A/C coil/filters, smoke detectors, flush hot water heaters, irrigation checks, electrical checks, and roof repairs.

Conducts apartment and property inspections.

Fosters a positive, active, and collaborative relationship with residents, and vendors.

Enforces and adheres to company policies, rules, and regulations.

Follows company policy regarding documentation and record keeping procedures

Must possess excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Ensures service requests are completed timely and follow-up
