We are a licensed and insured Arizona General Contractor specializing in the repair and maintenance of rental occupied properties. Our typical client ranges from small (1-10 properties) to large investors and investment companies with thousands of rental properties located throughout Phoenix and Tucson. We have been in the residential repair business for over 40 years.
We need experienced companies to assist us from all trades, including, but not limited to:
Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Garage Door Repair, Drywall, Painting, Handyman, Landscaping, Yard Maintenance/Irrigation, Tree Trimming and Removal, Debris Removal, Roofing, Flooring, Cleaning, Broken Window Repair, Pressure Washing, Sewer Cleaning, Cabinets/Countertops and Carpentry.
If your company is available to complete work order requests on any of the above, please send us your contact information, specific service capabilities and coverage area. Do not send individual resumes as we only hire experienced companies with, preferably, established LLC, GL/WC insurance and trade licenses. Must have a smart phone to send and retrieve work orders. We will review your information and contact you when a need in your coverage area arises. Pay is on a per job basis. Our business is rapidly expanding, and we need qualified vendors who can work with wholesale pricing in exchange for a continual flow of work order volume and immediate payment upon job completion.
