We are a small subcontracting company specializing in industrial/commercial pallet racking projects across the U.S., with a focus in Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
We are seeking an experienced Crew Lead or Superintendent to oversee and assist with pallet racking installations.
This individual should have knowledge and experience in break down and setting up of uprights, replacing damaged steel, reinforcing beams, and using order picker to move inventory from racks in use.
Requirements:
Experience supervising commercial pallet racking projects (up to 40ft racks).
Proficient with blueprints and material handling equipment (e.g., cherry pickers/order pickers/seated and standing forklifts).
Skilled in rack installation, teardown, repairs, and inventory replacement.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to drive to hotels and to jobsites.
Details:
Traveling position: Work is on-call, moving to where projects are located.
Current work is in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Schedule: 5 day projects: Sunday-Friday, and Tuesday-Saturday. Overnight shifts. (8 PM-4 AM).
Travel expenses covered: Hotels provided for 5 day jobs 2+ hours away from home, and paid travel day for jobs/hotels 4-8 hours away.
Bilingual is a bonus for us.
This is a 1099 position for independent contractors. Competitive pay for motivated individuals with strong work ethics and attention to detail.
