Triad Inc America is in search for an experienced quality control inspector for a steel mill manufacturing plant in Maricopa, AZ
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves utilizing various precision measuring instruments and quality assurance techniques to analyze and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. The Quality Control Inspector will work closely with production teams to uphold standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Inspect steal parts. Length, diameter, thickness, hole spacing, alignment, coating thickness, etc. To accomplish the inspection, drawings that define the product must be read and interpreted. Forms to record the inspection must completed. The environment is not air conditioned but covered. Other responsibilities as necessary.
Understand engineering drawings and industry standards
English/Spanish is preferred
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
-Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical documents and specifications.
-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
-Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
-Must have experience as QC inspector. Preferably in steel manufacturing but not mandatory.
-Must live local to Maricopa AZ and have your own reliable transportation
-Hours are Mon-Fri 8am start time. 8 hour days
-Must have physically willing and able to perform extensive physical labor
-Must be willing and able to work in warm conditions and in the elements
-Pay starts at $20/hr
-Pre employment background check and drug screenings are performed
