Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Construction and Hardscape Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of pool construction projects from start to finish. This includes scheduling, quality control, client communication, coordinating inspections and permitting, budgeting and costing, and ensuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently manage field crew and subcontractor schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Maintain accurate costing, margins, and work schedules.
Ensure subcontractors fully execute and comply with expectations.
Conduct regular job site visits, acting as a liaison among sales, installation, and management teams.
Communicate with clients consistently, providing updates every 1-2 days during the construction process.
Coordinate inspections and permitting while maintaining high levels of integrity and communication.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all internal processes are followed and optimized.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in pool construction and hardscape project management.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management software, and Apple products such as iPad and iPhone.
Must possess a clean driving record and be comfortable working outdoors in Arizona weather conditions.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans accurately.
Strong background in construction management, with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
