It is established with room to bring on new customers and earn flat rate commissions too for termite sales, Low windshield time most of the month with one day working in Gold Canyon and stops in San Tan Valley on the way back in. The route is scheduled smart not hard. Most days 10-17 customers per day, scheduled per region on set days of the Month, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly. New start customer may be added when they come in at end of a shorter day or local. Service route is Gilbert, some Mesa, Chandler, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Florence up to Attaway only, Coolidge, Gold Canyon. You are in one particular region/community each day.

Pest Control Service Technician
In this role, you’ll be the expert helping customers protect their homes and businesses from pests. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Inspecting properties to identify and treat pest issues
✅ Safely applying treatments and pest control solutions
✅ Providing helpful recommendations to prevent future problems
What We’re Looking For:
️ Strong organizational skills
️ Great communication with both customers and teammates, must be respectful and clean cut, able to follow protocol
️ Detail-oriented and consistent in your work
️ Flexible and adaptable in changing situations
️ Excellent problem-solving skills
️ Physically capable of lifting 50-65 lbs., climbing, crawling, and walking, being in attics, experience in ladder up to one story, walking rough terrain, occasionally ladder.
️ A solid driving record. Must provide a 2 to 5 year MVD driving report, willing to go through background check, drug test and randomly. We are a drug free company. We need you alert and safe, for yourself and our customers, no smoking or raping in company vehicle.
️ An active Applicators License - Termite Certification a plus - 2 or more years steady in the industry please. Able to do every service with a smile.
