Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations for a 200-unit property.
- Ensure efficient management of HVAC systems located on roofs.
- Participate in an on-call rotation every two weeks.
- Collaborate with one other on-site technician.
- Daily start time at 7 AM.
Requirements:
- Must hold EPA certification.
- Must possess own hand tools and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive nationwide background check and drug test.
